Interior Design Services in the Orangeville Area
Let NAK Cabinetry & Tile do it all for you, even down to the decor of your new space! We offer interior design services for our clients in a variety of ways:
• Professional assistance selecting and coordinating materials and wall colours
• Assistance in the showroom selecting cabinets, countertops, sinks and tiles
• Complete interior design plans from start to finish (based on your budget)
Don’t have the time or the NAK (yep, we went there!) for selecting colours and materials? We can help! First, we recommend scheduling a paid showroom consultation with a kitchen & bath designer. If you would like to first view the showroom before scheduling a paid consultation, then we recommend scheduling a free 30 min browsing appointment. This will allow you to view all the options available, meet our staff and make a decision on the value of having a consultation.
For a paid design consultation we recommend bringing room measurements with you to the appointment along with pictures of your current space whether that is a kitchen or a bath. The designer will confirm the measurements in person before any items go to production. When taking measurements we recommend including the floor to ceiling height, location and size of windows on the wall and all the wall lengths around the entire room. If you prefer, we also offer a measuring service that can complete these measurements for you. Simply request and schedule an in-home measure during the consultation. A small fee applies. The measurements are required in order to produce a proposal. Alternately we also offer an in-home consultation that includes measuring.
During the consultation the designer will discuss colours, materials and textures as well as all the items you would like to include as part of your project. After you schedule the consultation we provide a link on screen and by email that takes you to a “Project Inclusion Check List” that can be voluntarily submit in advance. We highly recommend you take the time to complete this. Simply click the box of each item you wish to include. The check list provides the designer with an accurate and detailed overview of your project and helps guide the discussion points so as to make better use of the scheduled time. After the visit a project proposal will be assembled, which will include all aspects of the project you would like us to take care of.
Our interior design team may also compile an inspiration presentation page, that includes your selections of tile, cabinets, flooring, backsplash, etc. to help you visualize how your project items will come together. You’ll love getting a feel for the flow of the space before we even begin! Once you’ve confirmed your desired plan, we will detail the approved selections as part of your contract. At this point, you can also make additional adjustments by scheduling a follow-up appointment with the designer in our showroom. All that’s left is to sit back and enjoy your gorgeous new space!
